Heather Moya, APRN
CPNP-PC, PMHS
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Heather Moya is a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care (CPNP-PC) and Board Certified Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist (PMHS). She graduated with Bachelor of Science in Nursing from William Carey University in Hattiesburg, MS (May 2006) and then graduated with a Master of Science in Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from University of South Alabama, AL in December of 2014.
She began her nursing career on Mother-Baby unit at Baton Rouge General, providing couplet care. Then worked as a Pediatric wellness nurse for 8 years, until becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2014. Since then, she has worked in Primary Care Pediatrics. She obtained certification as a Primary Care Pediatric Mental Health Specialist in 2019 and have been integrating behavioral health services into primary care ever since. Heather is happily married with 3 children.

Brittany Arlene Dykes St Cyr, APRN, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Brittany St Cyr is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in pediatric acute and primary care. A Hammond native, she graduated from Hammond High School and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Southeastern Louisiana University. She went on to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Her career in nursing has included pediatric hematology-oncology care, pediatric emergency medicine, pediatric intensive care, newborn care, and serving as director of nursing for a daycare supporting medically complex children. At Children’s International, Brittany is honored to provide care for children and families in the same community where she grew up, with a focus on compassionate, family-centered care and empowering parents through education and prevention. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, their young child, and her family and friends.

Tiffany Talor
Pediatric Office Manager
Tiffany graduated from Loranger high school, went to Petra college graduated as a medical assistant, I love peds getting attached to the little ones and most definitely love the medical field.,, i have 2 beautiful daughters, Kennedi and De’laysia , My hobbies are spending time outdoors with my girls, shopping, and being princesses, I love being the best mom in the world
