Dr. Pamela Woods is a Board Certified Pediatrician. She earned her Bachelor of Science Xavier University and her Doctor of Medicine at Louisiana State University. She enjoys reading, shopping, and spending time with her family when not at the clinic. Her favorite movie is Aladdin and her favorite superhero is Iron Man! Family Nurse Practitioner
Jennifer Guillory is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1995 from Louisiana State University and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2014. She has an incredible 17 years of experience as a PICU nurse. She was previously practicing pediatrics at Pontchartrain pediatrics for 5 ½ years before joining Children’s International Pediatrics in Hammond. She is married to her husband of 23 years and has 2 sons. Jennifer likes to spend her free time gardening, doing photography and outdoor activities, and reading. Her patients might like to know that her favorite kids movie is the Secret Life of Pets and her favorite superhero is Wonder Woman! Erin Hurt is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience! She received her Bachelor of Science from Southeastern Louisiana University and her Master of Science in Nursing from university of South Alabama. Prior to working at Children’s International she did 13 years in the post-partum, transition nursery, and NICU step down nursery at Woman’s Hospital. She is happily married to her high school sweet heart and has 4 lovely children. Erin’s favorite superhero is the mischievous Cat Woman well known for being quick on her feet and Batman’s crime fighting partner. Samantha Lovecchio, APRN, CPNP-PC
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Samantha Lovecchio is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with an exceptional range of experience. She graduated from Mandeville High School in 2006 and went on to receive her Bachelor in Nursing in 2011 from Louisiana State University. She then got her Master of Science in Nursing in 2017 from University of South Alabama. Before working at Children’s International Samantha worked at STPH from 2011-2018 in the Newborn Nursery, NICU, and Pediatrics. She also worked briefly at a pediatric clinic in Gretna from 2018-2019 where she saw high numbers of NICU graduates from 1st visit out of NICU to 18 years old and was an SELU nursing instructor in 2019. She is happily married with 3 children and is most inspired by her mom. Samantha’s favorite superhero is Wonder Woman who with her lasso of truth can compel anyone to tell the truth! Latoya Eley is a Certified Medical Assistant as well as a Certified Phlebotomist. She was born and raised in Hammond and grew up in the Hammond school system. After high school she attended Compass Career College for her medical training. Latoya likes to spend her free time being an awesome mom, walking, and playing sports with her kids. Probably like most of our patients her favorite food is Mac n Cheese! Her favorite superhero is Wonder Woman, a member of the holy trinity of DC comics and justice league, who always strives to do what is right!
