Thank you for scheduling your Video Visit with Children’s International!
If no one has arrived on the video visit within 5 minutes of your appointment time, or should you have any technical difficulties please call your clinic location and press 1 to speak to the front desk OR if afterhours (4:30-8:30 Monday-Friday or Sat and Sun 10am-2pm) call your CIMG clinic location and press 8.
- Your child must be present the entire time of the video visit.
- Please turn on all the lights, and if possible, have the lights pointed toward your faces.
*Due to insurance constraints, we are only allowed to offer you one Video Visit per day. To prevent a $35 per Video Visit charge, please avoid scheduling multiple video visits in the same day.
**Please be aware that because we have your child’s best interest in mind, there are instances that the video visit results in the patient still needing to be seen in clinic.
